i - general terms- please be as specific as possible when commissioning me for either an artwork or a design!- a total of 5 changes max are allowed for a piece (unless i say otherwise).- you are not allowed to sell designs bought from me for more than you paid for them unless they have additional artwork supplied by other artists, in which case the price is an accumulation of the cost of said art into the total.- you cannot claim that you designed or produced my work.- i will not accept deadlines of less than a month in advance.- i must be credited whenever posting my work.ii - payment- holds can be provided for up to two weeks! if you do not contact me about needing an extension on this, i will not accept your commission and either open up your slot or resell the design (depending on the situation).- if no hold is involved, payment is upfront and via paypal only!- refunds are available but if progress has been made by me, the amount equal to the cost of work will be subtracted from your refund.iii - copyright and usage- i as the artist, retain full rights to the image i produce and am allowed to do whatever i want with it (promote myself, post anywhere etc).- you as the commissioner are allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.- print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.- use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.- purchase to commercial rights of the artwork is always 300% of the original price.iv - legal jargon- by commissioning me, you agree to all of my terms of service.- my terms of service are subject to change, and all rules even instated thereafter sale, can and will be enforced.
